Privacy policy
We do not sell your data or give it to anyone else to market to you. We use it to run your trip — and occasionally to tell you about our own offers, which you can switch off in one email.
The short version
- We never sell your information, and we never pass it to another company for their marketing.
- We collect what we need to run your trip — your contact details and the trip itself.
- If you have booked with us before, we may occasionally email you about our own promotions. One reply switches that off for good.
- No advertising trackers, no profiling, no card details taken on this website.

What we collect
- When you book or contact us: your name, email address and phone number, plus the details of the trip — pickup and drop-off, date and time, vehicle, number of passengers, occasion, flight number if you give one, and any notes you add.
- Automatically, when you submit a form: your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the date and time you accepted our terms. We keep these as a record of the booking, and to stop automated abuse of the form.
- We do not collect payment card details on this website. There is no card form here. Payment is arranged directly with dispatch, as set out in our terms.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and quote your trip.
- To dispatch a vehicle and chauffeur, and to contact you on the day if plans change.
- To track your flight and adjust an airport pickup, where you have given us a flight number.
- To keep a record of the reservation and of your acceptance of our terms.
- To occasionally contact you about Phoenix Limo Biz offers and promotions, if you have booked with us before — see below.
Marketing to previous customers
- If you have booked with us, we may occasionally email you about Phoenix Limo Biz promotions, seasonal offers and service updates. We keep this infrequent and relevant — we are a chauffeur company, not a newsletter.
- We use your details for our own marketing only. We never pass them to another company to market to you.
- You can opt out at any time. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can simply reply asking us to stop, or email benlimophx@gmail.com. We action it the same day.
- Opting out of marketing does not affect emails about a booking you have actually made — those are part of the service, and you will still get your confirmation and any day-of updates.
We do not sell your data
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- We do not rent, trade or share your details with other companies for their marketing.
- We do not build profiles on you, and we do not run advertising trackers that follow you to other websites.
- The only circumstances in which we would disclose your information are the ones listed in the next section, or where we are legally required to — a court order, a subpoena, or a genuine safety emergency.
Who else handles your data
- We use a small number of service providers to run the site and get your booking to us. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Our web host stores the site and your booking record on its servers in the United States.
- Google carries our email. Your booking notification and your confirmation are delivered through Gmail’s mail servers.
- A flight-data provider receives only a flight number when we look up an airport arrival. It receives no personal details.
- Fonts, icons and styling load from content delivery networks, and the footer embeds a Google Map. These see your IP address when a page loads, as any third-party resource on any website does.
- Our Google reviews are displayed through an embedded widget on the home page.
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
- Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, and we retain the most recent 1,000 reservations on the live system.
- If you ask us to delete your details, we will — subject to any record we are legally required to keep for accounting.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details.
- Opt out of marketing while keeping your booking as it is.
- Email benlimophx@gmail.com or call (480) 577-9898 and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Under-18s and prom bookings
- This website is not directed at children, but we recognise that a booking form for a prom, graduation or school trip is sometimes completed by the student themselves rather than by a parent.
- Where that happens we collect only what any booking needs — a name, a contact number or email, and the trip details — and we then require a parent or guardian to confirm the reservation before it is held. That adult becomes the responsible party, as set out in our terms, and a parent or guardian is involved at pick-up.
- We do not send marketing to anyone we believe is under 18. Promotional email goes to the adult who confirmed the booking, not to a student who filled in a form.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have, we delete it. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us their details, email benlimophx@gmail.com and we will remove them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date above. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
