Terms & conditions
By employing Phoenix Limo Biz Transportation services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you book — the booking form asks you to confirm you have.

Charges you should know about
These are the only penalty charges we apply, and we would rather you saw them here than on an invoice.

Inside the vehicle
- Masks are optional.
- No smoking inside any of our vehicles. This carries a $1,000 fine.
- No vaping inside any of our vehicles.
- No standing while the vehicle is in motion.
- No standing on seats.
- No glitter. This carries a $250 fine — it is effectively impossible to remove from upholstery.
Cleanliness
- Excessive spills and clean-up on hourly charters or transfers will result in a charge of $250 to $500, depending on severity.
- On all transfers, please remove all trash and belongings from the vehicle when you leave.
- Please respect the vehicles’ cleanliness and leave the vehicle how you found it.
Time and mileage
- On hourly charters, 25 minutes or more past the hour will be charged as an additional hour.
- Hourly charters more than 20 miles from our Phoenix base are charged garage to garage — billing begins when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when it returns.
Payment
- All retail jobs are cash only. Cash App and Venmo may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Corporate accounts and regular clients may pay by credit card.
- Cash is due in full at the time of pick-up.
- Credit cards are charged 24 to 48 hours prior to the job.
- All deposits are non-refundable where a deposit is required by Phoenix Limo Biz.
Cancellations
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will result in the full charge of the trip.
- All deposits are non-refundable once taken.
Minors, prom and school bookings
- Passengers under 18 are welcome, and prom, graduation and school trips are a normal part of what we do.
- Where any passenger is under 18, the reservation must be confirmed by a parent or guardian, even if the booking form was completed by the student. That adult is the responsible party for the reservation, for these terms, and for any charges arising from it.
- A parent or guardian must be present at pick-up, or reachable by phone for the duration of the booking. We will confirm this with you when we take the reservation.
- Where any passenger is under 21, the booking is alcohol-free. This is a licensing requirement rather than a preference, and there are no exceptions.
- We may decline or end a booking where these conditions are not met. Where we end a booking for this reason, the ride terminates without a refund.
Conduct and liability
- No fighting and no drugs of any kind in our vehicles. This will result in immediate termination of the ride with no refund.
- Please respect the drivers. Disrespect will not be tolerated.
- Phoenix Limo Biz is not liable for any injuries resulting from reckless behavior, including behavior while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Accepting these terms
Our online booking form asks you to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms before your request is submitted. We record the date and time of that confirmation with your reservation.
Booking by phone works the same way — the dispatcher will confirm you accept these terms before the reservation is held. If anything here does not work for your trip, tell us before you book and we will either accommodate it or say so plainly.
